David started his career at Westminster Kingsway College where he trained for 3 years with industry leading chefs. On completion of his training David went onto work in some of London's most prestigious restaurants located in Mayfair where he further developed his skills in the kitchen.
After many years, his career progressed into the corporate business where he worked up to Head Chef at Barclays, Canary Wharf. David has a strong passion for cooking to the highest levels, which then lead him to becoming a national finalist at the Roux Scholarship. During the competition David cooked for world famous judges including Michelle Roux, James Martin, Gary Rhodes and Angela Hartnett.
